Consumer use

CompareAK is a free educational tool. All payment figures are estimates only and are not a loan offer, rate quote, prequalification, or commitment to lend. Property data comes from public municipal records, which may differ from MLS, appraisal, or actual figures. Verify all information independently before making financial decisions.

Agent co-marketing subscription

Agent subscriptions cost $79.00/month, billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of signup. Cancel anytime at compareak.com/cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no cancellation fee. The fee is a fair-market co-marketing charge and creates no obligation to refer business to any party.

Mortgage services referenced on this site are offered by Derek Huit, NMLS #203980, through Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership, NMLS #66247. Equal Housing Lender. Not all applicants qualify. Programs, rates, and terms subject to change without notice.
