What we collect

Addresses you search (to retrieve public records), and — only if you submit a form — your name, phone, email, and the properties you compared. Agent subscribers additionally provide brokerage and billing details, processed by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

Quote requests go to Derek Huit (Cardinal Financial) and, if you used an agent's co-branded page, to that agent. If you check the consent box, we may call or text you about your inquiry, including via automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase; reply STOP to opt out of texts.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the agent whose page you used, our service providers (hosting, payments), or as required by law.

Retention and rights

Request deletion of your data anytime at derekhuit@gmail.com. We retain lead and billing records as required for legal and regulatory compliance.
